Confirm Contacts and Addresses

TEA IMET administrators determine how often districts are required to confirm their contacts and address information. For example, if administrators decide that contacts must be confirmed every 90 days, then districts will be required to verify contact information once every 90 days before continuing with the requisition process.

Note:

New coordinators and alternates must be granted access to the EMAT system via TEA's TEASE security system. When a new person's name is added in TEASE, that person will appear on the Confirm Contacts page.

  1. On the District Start Page, click the Confirm Contacts link.

  1. The only fields that can be changed are Email ID, Telephone, and Fax Number. If none of the information has changed, you are not required to make updates; you only need to confirm that the existing information is correct.

  2. After making any necessary changes or verifying the existing information, click Click to Save (or Confirm) Contact Information link found at the top and bottom of the Contact Information page.

Confirming Addresses

Delivery addresses must be confirmed at the same intervals as the contact information. The addresses include delivery locations for books and EVI materials and alternate delivery locations, as well as the physical address of the Textbook Coordinator.

  1. On the District Start Page, click the Confirm Addresses link.

  1. Verify that the addresses are correct, and if not, make the necessary changes. To save changes, click Click to Save (or Confirm) Address Information found at the top and bottom of the Address Information page.
